This is a natural Sicilian wine produced by Az. Agr Salvatore Marino.
It is based on Syrah grapes vinified in rosé that come from plants located in the Buonivini district, from a 4-hectare vineyard between the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.
All the work phases, from the vineyard to the cellar, follow natural agriculture principles: fermentation is spontaneous based on indigenous yeasts in steel tanks.
