Avallen is a fresh, vibrant and apple forward Calvados (a traditional cider brandy made from apples) and produced under strict rules in Normandy, France.
Fresh apple cider notes are backed by floral honeysuckle on the nose while to taste, the fruit takes on a more toffee apple character. The finish is rich and warm with a hint of vanilla and peppery oak.
Fantastic when served with tonic or ginger ale.
