Sauló is a young wine from Empordà in its pure state. Wild spirit, black fruit on a spicy Mediterranean forest background. Subtle and persistent.
It has the colors of forest fruits, but on the nose it surprises you, as it allows many other aromas to accompany the fruit: rosemary, thyme, the smell of wet earth and granite. In the mouth it is friendly, round and fresh at the same time.
