This is a full bodied pale ale, offering wonderful aromatics and the perfect balance of bitterness. Made on our Certified Organic farm in Cape Breton, this beer features Organic Barley, Chinook, Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops, yeast and water. When poured into a beer glass, it looks the colour of old gold, with a cream coloured head, and smells of spice, apricot and orange zest. You’re sure to enjoy this brightly carbonated beer, with the flavours of honey and orange marmalade.
