Pronounced aromas of fleshy stone fruit and citrus with notes of fennel and aniseed.
Lees aging gives it an unctuous mouthfeel and there is a minerality on the palate with a dry and crunchy excellent persistence.
This makes an ideal aperitif to enjoy alongside traditional tapas or to pair with seafood and shellfish or light pasta dishes.
