This IPA is brewed with Maritime Pale, Crystal and Organic specialty malts, and flavoured with five different hop varieties added at five different stages during the brewing cycle, making the One-Eyed River Hog a really unique beer with a lot of attitude. The One-Eyed River Hog IPA is named after a creature reputed to live in the tidal waters of the Chijekwtook (Cornwallis) river, on the banks of which the Wayfarers’ brewery is located.
