Brewed with German malt and hops in the traditional method, Kompakt Kölsch is Stillwell’s homage to Köln’s famous crisp and sessionable lagered ale. KOMPAKT is a Kölsch-style ale brewed with Shoreline malt from PEI, and fermented with Kölsch Ale Yeast from Escarpment Labs in Ontario. Fermented cool and lagered for 2 months, it is now ready to be consumed.
