A touch of Simcoe hops added early in the fermentation offers gentle floral notes to this young cider. Sour City is fermented at fairly high temperatures and force-carbonated. The final product is bright, dry and crisp. Made with 100% Nova Scotia apples. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, gluten and sugar-free.
