Caldera Whiskey grown and distilled in River John, NS and Lake City Cider’s Darkside Dry grown in Annapolis Valley and produced in Dartmouth, NS. Sophisticated notes from the aging oak barrels and rye compliment the apple notes on the palate and spice notes linger on the finish.
