A dry, Provence style Rosé, gently pressed from complex Pinot Noir grapes, the perfect partner for summer evenings. Defined by the taste of red berries such as raspberry, cherry and black currants and with a finish of herbal notes.
Appearance: Provence style coloured, blush rosé.
Nose: Fresh, fruity, dry, well balanced.
Palate: Predominantly red berries such as strawberry, raspberry, cherry, balanced by rose hip and black currant, a finish of herbs and white chocolate.
