Brewed for the first time in the Fall of 2020 and in collaboration with the historic Mayflower curling club, located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This brew bridges the gap between old traditions and new ideas. It starts on a traditional pilsner malt base & yeast but then generous amounts of late edition Barbe Rouge hops are added for citrusy, red fruit flavours and aromas!
