The first of its style to be released in Nova Scotia. This beer is extremely dry (no residual sugars remain due to the addition of an enzyme that breaks down larger sugars into smaller and easily fermentable sugars).
Brewed with Pilsner malt, fermented with California ale yeast and dry hopped with Vic Secret and Hallertau Blanc hops.
6% ABV
